Team Building and Self-Empowerment
This is one of our latest activities. We called it Team Building and Self-Empowerment as can be seen in the pictures. The activities were focused on physical challenges but, since the facilitators/lecturer were Reiki Healers, most of the participants received both spiritual, emotional and physical healing during the activities. Some of them also received enlightenment during the activities.
